Search by sitemap

Do you prefer searching via a normal sitemap as you know from a Wiki or a FAQ? No problem at all, just use the Answers sitemap-navigation to find your answer.

In the first tab of this menu you're able to buy gold choosing your currency. When you encounter problems purchasing gold or something goes wrong while you try to pay for the gold, please send an e-mail to our Plus Support.

Contacting Plus Support

To contact Plus Support you simply need to write an e-mail to the following adress: plus@rail-nation.com, or you can use the Contact form directly in game. Click on the most left symbol at the top menu of your screen, and choose 'Help' (1).

An overview of different help options will be available to you. In order to contact support choose 'Support' in this overview. You will see a new window apear as seen below (2).

Keep in mind that the normal Support is for general questions about the game. If you have questions specifically about premium options, problems with a payment and so on then plase use the category 'PLUS Support' (3). Choose the nature of your problem by choosing from the drop down menu (4) and add additional info (5). Write down your problem (6) and send the message (7).

In the second tab you can view the queue of your current entries to Support.
